Local Bank Hires Investor Relations Veteran

Solid local banking experience and local ties are the hallmarks of the newest person to join Community Valley Bank.

Charlotte Studer, an Imperial Valley native and banking veteran, has joined Community Valley Bank in an administrative position. Ms. Studer is will report to Community Valley Bank’s Administrative and Investor Relations officer.

“We are happy to have Ms. Studer as one of our newest team members. The longevity of her banking career and time with Valley Independent Bank is extremely valuable to us,”  Robert “Bob” Hahn, President and CEO of Community Valley Bank said in a prepared statement. “To complement her experience in banking and in our community is her professionalism -- we are certain that she will uphold our value of exceeding customer’s expectations.”

Ms. Studer has worked in the banking industry for 17 years in the Imperial Valley. The majority of her career was with Valley Independent Bank. She served as the bank’s Corporate Secretary and Shareholder Relations Officer when Valley Independent Bank was sold.

Ms. Studer came to Community Valley Bank from JCS Construction Inc. She is an Imperial High School alumni and studied General Education and Law Enforcement at Imperial Valley College. She has been a member and officer of the De Anza Rescue Unit for 16 years.
